Inventia

This recently completed project, in the heart of Alexandria’s newly gentrified shopping and dining hub, provides a state-of-the-art head office and manufacturing facility for the expanding biotech global leader- Inventia Life Science. Flooded with an abundance of natural light, the 1500 m2 site combines industrial aesthetics with functional design. Polished concreate is predominantly used throughout the space, with expensive high ceilings that are adorned with exposed ductwork, pipes, and beams, contributing to the industrial charm of the building. Wooden fixtures, warm lighting and pops of vibrant colour in the kitchen, office and meeting room spaces add contemporary comfort and warmth to the building. The R&D and manufacturing areas are fitted with similar industrial finishes in cool grey/white tones, with lively coloured feature walls that cleverly match the tech equipment.
