The project involved a comprehensive transformation of three office floors and the entrance level. This included the removal of existing infrastructure to create a blank canvas for the renovation process. An internal staircase was installed to enhance accessibility within the building, while a new café was incorporated on the entrance level to provide a convenient amenity for occupants. Additionally, the roof underwent significant alterations to improve structural integrity and overall aesthetics. Upgrades were made to all essential services and bathroom facilities to meet modern standards and improve functionality. The highlight of the project was the fit-out of levels 2 and 3, which were tailored to serve as the headquarters for the AWU NSW and Australia, providing them with a contemporary and efficient workspace to carry out their operations.
